My own, dunno if it's perfect yet. But I believe it was the first time in months that I've played for longer than 2 hours without any immersion breaks. If you're curious just gimme' a pm and I'll share the settings. (It isn't just ENB, I use FXAA Injector on the side, as much as I love Temporal Anti Aliasing in the ENB options, the ghosting effect absolutely destroys it so I have to circumvent it with a few tweaks from FXAA).
