Kilkreath Ruins
About this image
"Buried in the mountain
beneath black soil and stone.
Our beloved ones
now forever gone.
Remembered only
by their living deed,
yet still in our hearts
for our grieving need.
A restful eternity
in halls of old.
Their laying bodies turned
to bone and gold.
Abide the promises
and let them be at sleep.
The eyes of the ruin
watches you in the deep."

I'm glad you think so, because this shot is made just for that reason. Sometimes I see things in words, before I see them as images...
I do like photographing and screen arching get pretty close, so maybe that's why...
I love that word!
Yeah, I think you're right! I'd say I feel pretty confidence when combining a shot with a poem. I don't have that wide English vocabulary to keep a story going without repeating too many words - I'm guessing - so poems come more easy to me...
I thought so too and also tried to give the shot even a bit more illusionary feeling by turning it Black&White...
I'm glad you like it!
