I've decided to take a whack at retexturing NPCs.  So far as a test run I picked Evette the Spice Wine Vendor in Solitude.  She shares my name,
thought my full name Starts with a "Y" not an "E".  I felt it was only
fair to give her some youth back... a few touches here and there.

I felt excited over the progress so far.
