It's possible to import new meshes into Skyrim already. Once the CK is released and once I figure out how to add collision I'll be porting the MW remake meshes from my Sheogorad mod for Oblivion to Skyrim. And, before you ask, this is perfectly legal since everything was remade from scratch with a higher quality...as you can hopefully see on the screenshot.
