   Does the Master Chef perk come with a hat? A hat is very important, you know.

      Master Chef perk recipes require you to wear a Chef's Hat, Chef's Clothes, and Chef's Shoes. If not they won't show up in the crafting menu. You are also required to have specific Tableware and Utensils for all the recipes now.

      Now there's a man who values etiquette! Can't go about calling yourself a Master Chef without proper attire and tools
