So we're back with the trusty realvision and this time I changed the skin texture to this one

I found that this texture was more smoother,brighter and fairer (No pun Intended) But it still maintained it's level of reality and detail. I have decided to use this as my main texture to date instead of the Mature Skin texture. Both I like but I prefer this one as of now.

I have another screencap aat a different angle. I can't be bothered to type another description for it so i will just copy pasta this description and change the link.
