Looks pretty cool, I don't have house mods in my game very much, I think just one or two right now.
I don't even use the ones the game provides that much except to acquire them, but when I do I populate them with people I can stop by and see them on my wanderings, which I will do with this one as well I reckon. lol
Looks Good though for sure.
