Just one question about tail, I see You use tail from Tsaesci Race - Snake-like race from Akavir http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/56219/?
If I remeber well it use skeleton with tail bones reposition for snake tail and movement somewhat strange on the ground, did you try adopt HDT physics from HDT tails to those bones? http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/58165/? http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/55848/?
Perhaps in this way can be achieved more snake like movement, perhaps adding some catwalk animation with swings will add another bit of snake like movement for that tail.
