It had seemed like hours. Wandering in the snow, lost since her group had been attacked and slaughtered by that group of frost trolls. The feeling that her time was up firmly embedded itself in her mind, but then she seen it. Stone walls and barricades.

A fort.

Whether it as in use by soldiers, overrun with bandits or just a decrepit ruin - it was somewhere out of the coming blizzard. Somewhere she could get warm and prepare for the rest of the journey back to the land she knew, the settlements and cities.

Then she looked around at the wilderness she had come from, the snow and wind picking up pace and swirling around her.

"Maybe I'll only stay away for a little while, there's so much to see out there..."
