Legendary level.. Character level 16 armour rating 195 what a tough nut this guy is he blows you off the map :D
if you like a 20min battle then he's the guy to give you that challenge at these levels ;)
Grim & Somber pre~set Hircine with Imaginator and tons of healing potions ;)
