Over a thousand miles of high seas, under clouds so grey, through lightning most frightning, I set ground, and now we meet. Not moved by the ground you crack beneath my feet, not the thunderous screams passing between your teeth. Is this blood, or is it sweat, rolling from my ears. The sound, oh my head aches. God let it end fast if it comes to pass. This hideous thing I must face, magic in hand, bow and braced. This cannot be real, this nightmare I seek to kill. Why am I here, is it against my will? Oh mighty gods, be with me, and give me courage I beg. Or this encounter, I will forever regret.
