His name is 'Dummy' - I found him lurking in a hidden cell deep beneath Castle Volkihar. He can only be reached with collision off and then diving down under the castle, in a small room.

I'm guessing he's some sort of body double for Harkon, not too sure though. This one does not try to attack.

Anyway thought it worth a share, as not everyone would have seen it...
