Ningheim Race UNPB vampire with Fair Skin v7.6 4k textures, Poet Follower's skeleton, Kountervibe ENB and Rutah TattooPack_v1d0. If I remember rightly the hair is Donnabella from KS Hairdos 400. I replaced the (IMO) hideous Ningheim Race Vampire eyes with Ninghiem Red in the textures folder. She also has fangs.

Had a big issue with Ningheim eyebrows (normally required to render 100%) not working with Better Vampires, but I found an almost satisfactory workaround using non Ningheim eyebrows after much experimenting with Racemenu sliders. Then I covered them up with her hair!

She might not be pretty, but she's such a fun character to game with :)
