Ningheim Race UNPB vampire with Fair Skin v7.6 4k optimised textures, Poet Follower's skeleton - which works with BBP. If I remember rightly the hair is Donnabella from KS Hairdos 400. I replaced the (IMO) hideous Ningheim Race Vampire eyes with Ninghiem Red in the textures folder. The fangs are a mesh file I dropped into the appropriate directory. I can't remember the mod for those (due to manual install), so just do a search for vampire fangs here on Nexus. But you might need to upgrade the teeth textures too, while you're at it. I used Fair Skin's offering.
If you use Ningheim custom race I found an issue with Ningheim eyebrows (normally required to render 100%) not working with Better Vampires mod, but I found an almost satisfactory workaround using non Ningheim eyebrows after much experimenting with Racemenu sliders. In fact, I tweaked a bit more and the eyebrows are now better than when this shot was taken - not that you can see them much!
