this is the third sister, Carissah, she is also the unluckiest of the bunch, as she got her arm blasted off while exploring a dwemer ruin, luckily, with her sister's skills in blacksmithing and magic, they managed to put together a mechanical arm with an Atronach like hand, so she's all fine ^^.
