It looks amazing, you gotta see if you could upload it. I wanted to use the breton knight armor, but it didn't fit my character because it was too bright and shiny. With this retexture I could definitely see myself using it!
I think it should be fine as long as you credit him on the mod page with a link to it, and just ask permission of course.. but otherwise you should definitely try releasing it.. it looks very well done
