The guy on the right is one of the powerful warlord's that command the mighty Blood Falmer. The blood Falmer are a special kind of Flamer. They made their home inside a massive system of caves that span in all directions  reaching as far as Windhelm. A great and powerful Vampire named Vilikus heard of this cave and ventured into the vast space to discover its secrets. He and his followers were met by the Blood falmer. The falmer were unlike any he had ever seen. Deep inside the cavern their was a magic that the falmer were ingesting. It made them stronger and their skin glowed. Vilikus's first thought was to wipe the falmer out of the cave and claim it for himself, but instead he decided to live among them. The vampires under Vilikus and the Blood Falmer joined. The Blood Falmer made him their king. A hundred years went by and the Vampires and Blood Falmer lived together until  one of Viliku's children of the night made a plot to take over his underground empire. The trader killed Vilikus in his sleep but was driven out by the Blood falmer. The trader fled with most of the magic and left the Blood Falmer to die locking them inside the cave. The trader has the key if you can find him and claim it the blood Falmer will know your power and kneel before your feet
