In all seriousness, I love this screenshot. It's very evocative; you get a great sense of how this character must feel. This looks like it was taken from much the same location as the "Shipwrecked" starting location from Live Another Life.
And it is! My first time playing with Live Another Life, I pulled myself out of the wreckage wearing this outfit, expecting to be somewhere on the opposite side of Skyrim and was confronted with this.
