Thanks! It's actually quite easy to make if one use the "Bend time" magic from "the gifts of the outsider" mod This, slows everything down exept the character. But in this case, I just released the spell, equpped the bow + arrows and then fired the arrow and finally used the TFC 1, camera console command. With the Bend time spell, you have lots of time to set the camera angle as you want it.
