No, this is a mod called unbelievable grass HD 2k and 1k.
I downloaded it a little while back and now that I am looking for it, it does not seem to show up in the search engine. It is however still here, only hidden by the Author. Not sure why.

I also have Skyrim Flora Overhaul installed with Lush grass. Not sure if that has any impact on the grass.
