I have since a long time back been looking for a hair that would made it possible to create this character without any luck. Now Person896, who have made the very nice "Multi Coloured hair" series mod whas very  kind and custom made this hair for me on request. Due to limitations in the hair texture it whas impossible to just do a single white lock though. But I think it's a very good "Polgara hair" anyway.
