Camonna Tong Thugs

Coming in my Morrowind Immersion Project mod, there will be Camonna Tong activity in Raven Rock. Every night at 3 AM, two Camonna Tong Thugs will sell their services at the Retching Netch, and sell Skooma to the An-Xileel ambassador. 

Also, every night a Camonna Tong Thug will wander around Raven Rock and rob houses. If you want their unique armor, you can kill this thief without consequences. He will respawn, but you can always kill that next thief too.
