Ancient Greek Xiphos

New ancient Greek sword in the Secret Of The Silver Blades collection.

It is a piercing sword with a 22 inch, stiff, diamond-section blade, carried by the Hoplites in addition to the spear, for close combat. This is the blade that actually most Greeks would have carried in battles such as Thermopylae, Marathon, Salamis, Platea, not the fantasy sword from the movie 300. (But then you probably already knew that fantasy comic-book swords aren't generally-speaking historical.)

Well, theirs wouldn't be silver-plated, but I figured I might want to get all Spartan on Harkon's rear ;)
