   I'm strangely attracted to this Lydia. This is a very different look for our favorite housecarl but I like it.
   
   What clothing is she wearing? It doesn't look familiar.

      It's a re texture of the tavern clothing if i am not mistaken. But this just could be part of this potential mod ONLY! and not seen in the actual game.
      
      lol i am willingly to bet it's probably going to be called "Housecarl 'indoor' attire" or something

      It's a part of Troublemaker's UNPB body and clothing replacer (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/20227/?).
      
      Anyway, the mod would be her face and hair, not her body or clothing.
