      Hm...I must not being doing something correctly. None of the races seem to enable that eye shape, and none of the iris colors or designs match anything close to what is in your picture. Thanks anywho, though.

      Hmm, that's strange. All I did was install and it should show instantly. It won't be selectable in showracemenu though, and of course it only works if your char is a vampire.
