    Where can i get an apprentice or assistant like that?

      You should go to a temp agency. Just tell them that you need a female half elf that is familiar with basic automobile and robotics repairs. When you are sifting through the many qualified applicants be sure to look for one that seems like her father just died. Oh and blonde! That should be pretty close to Illyana I think.
