i love the lotr-books, movies and the onlinegame (i played for 4 years!). so i often stand there, hear the epic angel-voice and the wind in the back and dream...
... and then i hear King Théoden speaking: "Forth! Down fear of darkness! Arise! Arise, Riders of Théoden! Spears shall be shaken, shields shall be splintered! A sword day... a red day... and the sun rises! Ride now... Ride now... Ride! Ride for ruin and the world's ending! Death!"
I still remember that scene like it was yesterday, heck just by reading it I get goosebumps, such a powerful series the LoTR is... astonishing.
Man I really wish The Elder Scrolls were... more vast (they are quite huge no doubt, but everything feels cramped), I wanna feel like traveling that world not... playing a game so to speak, that's what Peter Jackson's movies have in spades, the scope of everything is tangible.
*crowd yells* '' DEATH! DEAAAAATHHHH! ''* and the epic song rides in along Rohan's cavalry...
i often think: man, this wolrd is... to small on all edges. i want to travell from one end to another in more than 2 hours.
i missing the walks from michel deving to rivendell, taking strangers with me on my travell, camp here and there and play rpg as it comes along by playing... *awwwwww*
the graphics from skyrim with the feeling from from lotro - and i never leave my chair
thank you so much for the memories coming up in my mind - see passing many friends by, remember voices heard over years. this night my dreams are only reserved for my memories of lotro
