   Re sizing something to 4k resolution won't make it high resolution.

      I made a complete new image at 4K. Generally you make textures bigger than you need them. just look at Tomb Raider (2013) the devs made 4K textures originally and then had to downscale them to meet with the hardware of the current gen consoles. When they remade the game for PS4 and Xbox One they used the original textures they made.

   much better than i am, if you get the hang of making it a little more realistic then itll be better though, still very impressive.

   I don't want to be mean, but bethesda's one is much better even at that res. A bigger texture size doesn't actually mean that it's more detailed, it just means that the image is bigger. Also 4k is waaay to big for an enviroment texture like that, it's massive.
