Loved the shot of them in front of the fallen tree!
I absolutely adore the group shot of the gang sitting back in Riverwood taking their lunch break outside. A real winner that shot is!

I am really glad you adore that shot of their lunch together, was one that took some setting up, choosing pose that fit them and worked with that spot, placing them well, luckily all cooperated

The description of forest was amazing, I could never dream to write about scenery like that, it was masterful and superb and adds incredible atmosphere.
I always like to see heroes having a respite, to see their emotions shinning brightly, for in peaceful times there is no need to hold feelings back, it is a time of serenity and joy. Edrelle has amazing team, their warm and loving relationship are very heartwarming as well as her romance with Dimitri, who is absolutely genuine with his feelings to her with no games or half truths. It is always endearing to such wonderful couple and I always love their playful teasing of each other!
I hope that Edrelle will know of the one who wished her harm, besides the question of Nocturnal interest in her remains opened... which means new adventures! Thank you very much for sharing your wonderful work and i look forward to the continuation!
Means a lot that you thought that description of the forest was amazing, that it added such atmosphere, I think you underestimate your writing about scenery, I like the romantic touch you bring to your descriptions and I could not match you descriptions of emotions
It is lovely how you describe why you like the respite of heroes, that time were emotions show, it is true that when on a task one holds back emotions to keep focused and alert to keep friends safe but that one can express them among the calm. She does find herself fortunate to have a close-knit group of friends, very glad that warmth between them warms your heart, Dimitri is one whose feelings are genuine despite the occasional boastfulness. Makes me smile that you find the couple they are endearing and that you love their playful teasing, always like to write about that.
With Honey Stripes having a ear out for rumors and the group looking for clues they might find who it is that wants her harm, perhaps the guild can help as well and they can't have Nocturnal being bored of watching her so it means for new adventures indeed. Enjoyed the noble and the guard "exchange" as it is my thought exactly. Some call Grim a good sort but he really has no use for the arrogant or lordly types who think they are better than the "common person" (Naazeem being a perfect example).
Really liked your shots in this entire story Alexi - some great colors and all the nature images really rang a bell for me. The romance scenes with Edrelle and Dimtri are wonderful and so nice to see a happy couple on Nexus for a change (looking at you Sam and Danee *eyes narrowed* especially you Sam) lol.
I am also intrigued about this person who wishes to hurt Edrelle. I mean I am not surprised in the sense that there are always nasty people in the world and she is a theif, even if a very nice one :-) Perhaps they will find out more about this person in the future.
When I saw that noble off his horse with that guard I had those thoughts of that exchange. Edrelle also does not care for those arrogant nobles, teaching a number of them a lesson in stealing their prized trinkets while making them look the fool with a spell of illusion.
I am happy you really liked the shots for this chapter, Jonathan, that the hues and nature images resonated with you, I like to capture images of nature in the game and in real life. Glad you liked those moments between them as well, understanding each other well as they do does help with the happiness of their relationship, it is harder when you love one that is partly unknowable
That answer about that dangerous sort is remaining mysterious, Edrelle knows that in her line of work she made enemies dealing with those who did not share her kindness :-) but she wonders who knew who she was, not many would have seen her face. Perhaps they will find more hints as to the identity of that person, the group will be looking out for them. Thanks for sharing your thoughts about the tale, Jonathan
