What I like about the first shot, and something I missed when I commented on Flickr, is that he could either be descending or ascending. When I first saw the shot I thought he was going UP stairs not down. But it could be either way I think, a bit of an optical illusion. You called it a descent but all this time I thought it was the opposite.
