   What's the armor used in this? I'm a huge sucker for modest "battledress" style armor and there's just not enough of it out there.

      That's the Ritter Armor by NPR, with messiasmummo's Royal Re-texture. I've mashed it up with one of the skirts from the Draped Dresses mod.
