So far this looks to be a, and the, weather lighting mod to use in the future.
Probably the best sky textures i've ever seen on the nexus, and all without all enb stuff on top it i guess, so i can imagine how great it will be with the cloud shadows, volumetric sun, procedural sun etc...
I like the vanila colors and lighting a lot but it does required some tweaks indeed, your screenshots beats a lot of overrated enb weather settings presets with oversaturated colors, lights, wrong sky colors etc...
Your work remind me a little Jawz work for ELE and his ELEP enb preset that rework the shadows and lighting.
Can't wait to test this and make an Enb for your mod.
