      I'm honestly not sure - I think it's probably Skyrim Flora Overhaul but I've got a number of mods it could be.... It might be Ultimate Lush Overhaul too, or Summer Skyrim HD

   It may is just a funny coincidence, but I took the same picture about a year ago in real life^^ Same flower, nearly the same background and all. Looks good^^
