I've seen this on past forums, but no one really had an official solution. It's not predominant everywhere, just a few obvious locations like this one. What I'm talking about specifically are the grid patterns forming on the fog above the water surface.

Turning off ENB experimentally doesn't seem to have helped much, and this effect seems to only occur to this extreme at Darkwater Crossing.
