I noticed with the USKP they added in a new banner for Markarth which was quite cool. I recently reinstalled "Designs of the Nords" by KEBW1144, A mod I've used several times in past installs of Skyrim. I knew he did a Markarth Banner but it was a the thin one you only seen in the Underkeep. It doesn't appear anywhere else. I wanted to remedy this for my own game since The USKP added there new full size banner around Markarth. I used KEBW's PSD's he offers freely on his mod page to create this banner. using the Goat head from his Original Markarth Banner + colour scheme and his dwarven ruins banner,

Mod used to show the hold banner is Thicketford's Hold Border Banner. A Mod I downloaded at Arthmoor's Recommendation on his Point the way mod description page.
