Took me awhile to find him. he was much further to the south roasting everything he could see, when I finally did find him.
He burned me and headed North to the Half-Moon Mill, where a troop of Thalmor Justiciar joined the battle and were quickly devoured.
They lasted long enough for me get a some arrows in him, and when he finally did see me, I was out of reach or so I thought, but as you can see that Heat Plume extend much further than the flame plume.. lol
