  i would also like to know this too or maybe get permission to make an add on for Animated Dragon Wings or work out something with the mod author or ask the author add such a thing to the mod ether way this is kool

  All you need to do is find and open DragonBloody_g.dds in your textures folder with GIMP and mess with the color and saturation. The darker you adjust the brightness, the more saturated the glow color will be.
