      Halo's Skyrim modding website (google it) had an NPC named Breezy which had a basis for this race. I cannibalized another race mod (had to make a few minor changes) and then made some significant changes to the textures and ta-da!!!
      
      I wanted to release this is a custom race, but was unable to get Halo's permission. He said he wanted to release a custom race based on his Breezy NPC, but no telling when he gets around to it. And his textures are not nearly as sexy as mine.
