   I found a mod on here that was called Puppet Master. It gave you a Dibella statue which served as a sort of control panel to control NPCs and make them stage diverse animations. Maybe you can implement the cliché Illithid mind control thing like that, using the racial special ability?
   Squid-people are my favorite type of creep next to skeleton-jesters.
   Also my nickname originates from playing a mindflayer long time ago in a game that I don't remember the name of.

      sounds good... the lore actually mentions their relation to Hermaeus Mora and seekers.
      I'll get the mesh finished and the race first though
