About this image

The Stormcloak soldier went up to her tower post, expecting another boring night keeping watch over the fort. She was surprised to find her general at her post, staring up to the sky with a worried face.

"Joruun? What are you doing here?" asked the Soldier, "It's not your turn to guard this post."
"Oh... forgive me sister Anska, I uh... was just out for some fresh air is all..." replied Joruun, still staring into the heavens.
"Don't give me that Joruun, I see your worried about something." said the Soldier, "I know you too well. Whats the matter?"
"Hah... yes you do sister." laughed Joruun, "It's nothing, just a bit out of sorts."

"Does it have to do with the Dark Brotherhood murdering the Emperor?" asked the soldier, "You've been on edge since you heard."
"Well.... part of it yes." said Joruun, giving a sigh. "It's just..."
"We've had less imperial raids then before, that is good is it not?" said the soldier.
"Actually sister, we've received none." replied Joruun worriedly, "Since the Emperor's death, the imperials haven't made a move."
"It's not like them. The imperials are up to something sister, I can feel it." he continued.

"Brother, whatever those milk-drinkers have in store, we will be ready!" cheered the soldier.
"With you leading us here, and Ulfric up north, nothing can stop us!" she continued.
"Thank you sister, for trying to cheer me up." replied Joruun, "Seems like all I do now is worry, eh?"
"Hah, go get some rest general. You've certainly earned it." said the soldier.
"Let me help you keep watch tonight. The dance of the Aurora is beautiful tonight." said Joruun, looking up in amazement.

"You know, sometimes I wonder what the gods think of the events that happen here." said Joruun, "What do they think of them..."
"May the nine preserve us." said the soldier.
