Probably should have been the blood dragon type instead of the green, but perhaps there is lore behind that..? Still liking this one!

  They are from bellyache, really great mod puts a lot of variety of dragons in Skyrim, be careful though, it will litterally put a lot of new dragons around the world, some of the best looking are also badasses. This red one comes in groups of 3 for instance!
