Sorry for digression!! A most beautiful chapter, some insanely gorgeous descriptions and your images are just spot on as always.
A joy to hear you found the chapter beautiful, the descriptions gorgeous and the images well taken, thanks a bunch, Jess
I do hope they find what they are searching for, because people like Calcelmo are often a roadblock than an aid :o
It may take a little slyness and subterfuge but they likely to find what they are seeking, that stubborn scholar is a bit of an obstacle for sure
Calcelmo looks like an arrogant archaeologist to me, and stubborn as you said.
But his ability to mastered the ancient language is undeniable.
I hope they can find a lot of information from this mage guy.
Arrogant and stubborn are two of his traits and he liked to send people into danger in his place.
He does have a keen mind for learning that ancient language.
There are other way of getting the information besides talking to him.
Anyway, fantastic writing and awesome images once again, Kami; you're making me want to play the game again ;-)
Thank you very much, DoC, glad my words and images are up to their usual standard; it is a game with a certain pull when you imagine many a path for adventurers
The opening shot is a great angle as they leave Whiterun and I also like the one in the tundra as they chat among themselves. Wonderfully descriptive words of the scenery, fun dialogue, and beautiful images all went together nicely in this story as the group traveled to Markath.
I also like Edrelles hint that there are other ways to get things from reticent scholars - certainly she is best suited for that option It is good to see the group together again and all working smoothly as a team - splitting off to gather information on this somewhat dangerous city.
In that first shot I was trying to find a good perspective and I was happy with the one I found, glad you liked that shot of them among the grasses as well. I am so glad the descriptions were wonderful and the dialogue fun, that all went together well ^^
I did has some fun writing that line of Edrelle's, speaking to a scholar is indeed not the only way to learn their secrets, she does know that well They are glad to all be together again, they are fortunate to have each other's strengths to depend on as they split up to learn more of the city.
