   OK, if it is stuck at the horses feet then you're over my head. Might want to list any mods that you have that might mess with view or any that you have recently installed... right before this happened.

      few hours ago everything ok but when i load my game every time bug happens and latest mods im installed.
      
      iHud, MoonGlow, No Secunda , Point The Way , ShootingStars.
      Joy of perspective. any of them causing or im gonna write everymod installed.

      I was just thinking the latest mods installed... In case somebody might know what is going on.
      
      Also, can you go back to a previous save and have the camera be OK?
      
      There is a IRC/chat box on the Nexus forum... maybe somebody there could help?

      thx man im fixed it by using workbench focused camera back to normal.
