I will have to pick the Human though, because those ears have Rubbed Me The Wrong Way, since I first saw somebody have them on their character in TES:IV Oblivion.
The first thought I had when I saw them then was that they belong on a Satyr or a donkey, Not Elves, and that has not changed for me as I see them now either.. lol
Maybe she has a Satyr in her genealogical history, I guess that would work for a back story, especially if she is a Bosmer.. lol
Now, All Of That has Nothing to do with what you are asking about your character, Which Is Lovely.
But I think a Proper set of elven ears on her would give her a Very Sharp and Much more Authoritative and a I Mean Business and Dangerous look about her.
Which you may not even want, but you asked so I am saying.. lol
But like I said before, Great Job, She Is Beautiful.
Edit: I will also add if she had proper elven ears that she would be one of the More Beautiful Bosmers I have seen on here as well.
I have to say that I grew to love the ears on her, but I can see why they are a bit weird, as they are, actually. =P
I'll definitely have to check if there are any other 'proper' elven ears out there. I used to have these sharp ones on her, but they were a bit too sharp. I guess time will tell when I transform her into something else again. =)

There does not appear to have been such a mod made for Skyrim.
But maybe it could be made.
If it could be done, I think that would make a Great Alternative that would not look out of place really at all, if they were textured to match Bosmer skin tones, using the Dunmer Mesh.
I hope that gives you or somebody with the skills to make the mod, I would make it, but alas that is beyond the scope of my abilities.
