Yep after getting everything installed and running (took a week and u learned more in a houre then in a year back in school XD), there was still much to do swapped ENB's till i found Strakados wich just runs like butter even with my old HD4870, i was not really pleased with that shiny look it had, but now i took to much shiny look away (atleast that's how i feel) so still something to do and after that... i will find something else to change and this probably goes on and on...
Played my Skyrim 3houers since i installed, but put all freetime in optimisation and the looks .
I just got this computer in January, and it has a 1.5 gig GeForce GTX 650 Ti, with 24 gigs of system ram.
My first Nvidia card, only ATI in some form or another since I started with PC's, I am really liking it so far.
I was running Windows XP and a 1 gig HD3650 on my old machine, so I am in graphics heaven with all I can see and do now.lol
But as you know I can't let that go, so I am already thinking about bumping that card up a notch or two, I still have to find out what the power supply will support for an upgrade, and am not looking for that on purpose, so far.. lol
I guess we can call it Elder Scrolls Graphicsitis. Lol
Because what usually happens is the only way you stop tweaking it is when you break it.
Because you have tweaked it so much, it no longer looks like what you liked about it when you started with it, and you have to uninstall it and start over or replace it with the "newest wiz bang" graphics tweaking mod you can find.
The grass truly is greener on the other side of the fence until you get over on the other side of the fence and decide you don't like the fence, the color of it or the grass, or how much there is and where it is at.
Eventually it starts looking greener again back on the other side you came from and you go back to that and make it better because you have learned how to do so with all of that Tweaking you have been doing. lol
Thus is, The Magic, of these Wonderful Elder Scrolls Games and the things we can do to them on the PC.
Of which, You are doing a Great Job, by the way. lol
