      Thats great. I think my issue had to doe with the follower Arissa. I had her waiting inside, but outside I mounted my horse. She must be scripted to spawn her horse when the PC does.

      Hehe, I can see why you took this.
      
      I've never had this happen, but then I've always waited until my followers are outside before mounting. I'll have to see if Convenient Horses will do this to me sometime.
