Was fast traveling around to various forested areas checking out a new mod installation:

So I fast traveled to Shor's Stone, and there he was cooking, with two Death Hounds standing guard while he did it.
The guards walked through twice back and forth from the mine, so I decided to take a screen shot and then shoot the vampire right after.
As soon as I go to shoot the vampire the guard comes back for the third time through, sees the Vampire, the Vampire sees him and the Death Hounds see him and All Attack, with me getting two arrows into the Vampire from where I took that screen and the Vampire dead by the front door of that house there in the screen.
Then everything goes back to normal.. lol
It was like they were waiting for him to finish cooking what ever it was he was cooking until the fight gets started.
He was probably cooking up Death Hound Doggie Treats, which involve human flesh in some manner, and just needed to borrow the cooking pot for a time to cook them. lol
