The armour is a custom reskin of the vanilla Tullius armour, and the helmet is from Jedo_Dre's excellent Roman armour mod, also with modified textures to match the cuirass.
It's meant to be a special armour for Imperial Legates that I made for my own personal use.
What armor mod?
