Looking for help completing this mod!

I would like to add some back story to these two - I have something in mind, but I'm not sure how to go about doing it. Any help would be appreciated!

    A good start might be why they are in Skyrim. They should be Elsweyr. A lot of good lore to be found on the Moonpath to Elsweyr by muppetpuppet.
