Traveling down from Clearspring Cave after coming over the pass from Shor's Stone, I had stopped to admire the view and headed on down the path on my way to Irkngthand.
On the way down just receiving my Nightingale armor set, I was feeling sneaky casting muffle spells and sneaking, doing so I came across a couple of goats.
One thing I like to do when I can in that situation is to heard them ahead of me and flush out any hidden predators.
That path is a natural funnel all the way down to the bridge, the goats ran on down ahead of me.
As I crossed the bridge following the goats I heard a bear further down the hill taking them out, there was that huge felled tree large enough for me to go inside and wait, so I went inside to wait for the bear to come back up the hill so I could ambush him all sneaky like from the tree.
He made it back up the hill to the spot you see him at now in that screenshot.
As I went to shoot him with my bow, he gets up and roars and goes tearing back down the hill, so I sneak out and see what the deal is, and it is one of those random challengers that you come across.
So I went back in the tree thinking I would ambush the challenger from behind and pick up a nice suit of Ebony armor.
Well the bear is on him and it is a battle, I can hear his weapon hitting the bear and the bear hitting him.
A few minutes later here comes the bear back up the hill badly damaged to his resting spot to recuperate.
That is the context of that screen, I think the bear has had a bad day, not as bad as Mr. Ebony Armor Suit wearing guy, but a bad day none the less, heck it was not even 9 am yet, so lets say a bad morning instead.. lol
So I will leave him and sneak out of there get the skins from my ambush flushing goats, and the armor from Mr. Ebony Armor Suit wearing guy, and be on my way to Irkngthand.
All of this has nothing to do with a quest really except traveling to a place, its just All Very Enjoyable Randomness. Lol
